Ali founded Sanai Construction to deliver a different kind of client experience—straightforward communication, strong site leadership, and outcomes that stand up over time. As Project Director, he leads projects end-to-end, guiding clients through planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.

With 15+ years in the industry across New Zealand and Australia, Ali has delivered a wide range of commercial works including fit-outs, refurbishments, façade and waterproofing remediation, structural repairs, and complex upgrade projects in live, occupied environments. He is hands-on, calm under pressure, and focused on doing things properly—safety first, quality assured, and no surprises.
