What We Do

Sanai Construction is an Auckland-based construction company providing design & build, fit-out, remedial, maintenance, and project management services, with a clear focus on quality, transparency, and client confidence.

We recognise that most clients are not construction experts, yet they are often expected to navigate complex building issues, multiple consultants, unclear responsibilities, and uncertain next steps. Too often, this leads to fragmented advice, unrealistic expectations, and confusion around what needs to happen and who should be involved.

Our role is to remove that uncertainty.
