We work across fit-out, renovation, remediation, maintenance, design and build, and wider commercial construction, and we recognise the value that skilled trade partners and experienced consultants bring to successful project delivery.

We’re focused on building long-term relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and specialist partners who align with our approach to planning, coordination, workmanship, and client service, and who can support our projects across Auckland.

What we look for

We are typically looking for subcontractors who can demonstrate:

• relevant trade capability and experience

• strong health and safety practices

• current public liability and other required insurance

• the ability to deliver quality work reliably and on programme

• clear communication and a professional site approach

• suitable licensing, training, and certifications where applicable

This aligns well with prequalification guidance, which commonly focuses on competence, project experience, safety management, and insurance/compliance records.
